Blutgarde is an Ironforged: Starsworn character for in a campaign called DivorceQuest.
He was the heir to the Zveyn family, but ran away from home for a life of adventure and to escape his betrothal to another 16-year old named Jaxper. He achieved some notable success for the first year of nobly scavenging ruins on behalf of museums and archeologists, before falling into a bad crowd and being essentially owned via debt-slavery. He escaped entirely by accident: during a coerced scavenging mission, the floor collapsed under his feet. He thought he was dead, but a miner's hand pulled him from the rubble. He was allowed to stow away by promising to buy the guy a beer. The pair became close friends, and later were hired as a package deal (but definitely moreso for the miner's expertise than for anything Blu had to offer) to the Samantha's Joy.
